Since 2013
Started as Globy Restaurant in Boracay Island, our chef started her journey of exploring the wonders of the world. Our humble beginnings led us to an adventure of discovering different culinary techniques, principles, and flavors.
After years of exploring different flavors of the world, the journey of our travelling chef finally ends, bringing creative techniques from around the world and flavors of our home country, the Philippines, on one plate.
The Restaurant
Saboria Kitchen and Lounge is the culmination of our traveling chef's journey, providing you only the best of global flavors and infusing it with classic dishes from the Philippines. Each plate tells a story of the vibrant culture of the Philippines and our journey of exploring innovations from the world.
We are located in two of the most visited places in the Philippines: El Nido, Palawan, and Boracay Island. We believe that traveling in paradise is best paired with a unique dining experience where you explore delightful creations of the world in a plate.
